MSc Psychology · BSc Maths

I'm a mixed-methods social researcher with broad interests in feminist and anti-racist policy, mental health, education, and ethical and inclusive research practice.

I currently work on UKRN's COMET project at the University of Bristol, exploring evidence-informed decision-making and research cultures in universities.

Before this I was working at gender equality charity The Fawcett Society, researching issues including childcare policy, the gender and ethnicity pay gaps, workplace cultures, racism and misogyny in public services, and women's representation in politics. Other previous roles have included projects evaluating mental health interventions for young people, and investigating the links between autistic traits and mental health.
